From April 1st 2022 all mid year admissions must be made directly through the school.
Mid year admission forms are available below and must be returned to our admissions email address: email@example.com
You will receive confirmation of all received application forms.
You can apply to change your child's school during the school year. This is called a mid-year admission.
If you are moving to a new house, you need to provide proof of your new address with your application.
If your child has an education, health and care (EHC) plan, you need to contact the Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) service. You can access this service here:
